When you contact me, please also make sure that you add into your initial request the reason for your message. Do not put only “Hi” or “Hi, how are you?” without anything else as that might result in me ignoring your message/mail, not of your fault and nothing against you, but scams and alike tend to start messages as such,

Make sure you have all references & information gathered before sending in a commission request to make sure you are able to provide me with everything and anything you have regarding your commission without any greater delays. Makes not only my job easier, but yours aswell when you contact me, decreasing the questioning and wait time for starting overall

Background I’m not the greatest at as I mainly am a character artist and designer, however, I will try my best at creating one for your piece if you would like it to be added to your character. Simple colors aren’t at all a problem of course and won’t be charged either, only will be charged if it is more complex than just a simple one

References are needed for the best creation of your desired piece, mainly of your character(s), but for anything else you would like to see drawn aswell, it is recommended to have reference for, but not required,

If it isn’t possible to provide me with a reference, then a detailed description on what you would like is required, and if possible, any similar references are welcome for even better understanding and recreation (Any similar characters from any medium that resembles what you would like and/or backgrounds for example),

As mentioned in the "Will NOT Do" section, references that were created with the use of Artificial Intelligence, or in other words GenAI, of the likes of Midjourney, ChatGPT, Dall-e and the sort, and I mean every single GenAI that is capable of generating an image of a reference for you regardless of mentioning them here by name, are not accepted for that purpose! Still going ahead with sending me a GenAi created reference will result in automatic regection of your commission,

If you have a specific pose in mind, showing it however you’re able is welcomed and encouraged! Even if it is just stick figures, it will still help me in posing your character how you wish regardless of provided pose reference’s quality, as long as it can be properly understood, it is perfectly acceptable, unless it's generated by AI, so GenAi,

3 free revisions only, afterwards, any changes are charged mattering from how great ones they are. Price of them matters from complexity of the change, if it is something small or simple, I won’t be charging you +50% or similar, but still make sure you know what you would like aswell,

If you have a specific artwork of mine you like the look of and would like me to replicate, please let me know and I'll try to replicate the style of as best as I’m able to, but just a small heads up, my style tends to not be consistent most times and it might turn out a bit more different than intended or expected,

Works from me are meant to be for personal usage, however, if you would like to use a piece commercially, we can discuss pricing for a commercial licence, which, mattering from scope, will differ. The base pricing for a licence is 100% of the commission's pricing,

Commercial licence isn't always guaranteed as it matters from what project you would like to get the licence for, for example, if it has anything to do with NFTs or GenAi of any nature, then it will be automatically regected, no appeals can be made in this case, if it is something else, that will be discussed further,

Any commissions I finish I tend to post on my socials to show off my skills, however, if you would like me to rather not do so, please let me know!

Don’t claim the artwork as your own,

Editing of the commissioned work after completion is prohibited, however, you're allowed to resize if you have the means or, if not, asking me to resize it for you,

All pieces will come with a signature, removing it is prohibited,

Reposting the commissioned work on other platforms for personal usage is allowed as long as I’m properly credited for its creation, for commercial usage, as mentioned above, you will need a licence to do so,

Tracing my artworks for studies and personal usage is allowed and welcomed as long as I’m credited properly. Copying and reposting my artwork, especially for profitable usage, is however not! This also includes feeding commissioned pieces into GenAi of any kind,

You are allowed to commission a gift for someone else. Make sure you let me know who it is for beforehand

After a completed sketch and/or finished piece, it is prohibited by me to make that into NFT and/or use it as an NFT. If you however still do so despite my prohibition, whenever it is found out, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me and any rights to use my work will be revoked. I will also let others know to avoid working with you in the future,

The stated above also relates to GenAI (Generative Artificial Intelligence) “art” aswell. I do not condone having my art be used in the training, “enhancing” or overall usage in any way, shape or form with/in it and prohibit such actions. Same negatives apply if it is used by you regardless of what is stated here

Payment can be made in 2 ways, entirety of the discussed amount upfront or in 2 parts, 50/50, first half upfront, second half after final version approval,

Upfront payment happens after approval of 1st sketch in both afforementioned choices,

Payment via Artistree, Paypal or Ko-fi. Mattering from what is available to you, information of them respectively will be provided when it is needed or requested,

For Artistree specifically, payment can only be sent in full before starting work on your commission, however, if you would like to do split payment in this case aswell, then please let me know and I’ll only ask for the first half through the site, then, before I give you the completed piece, will send your way the invoice for the remainder,

Preferred/accepted currency is euro, but I also accept usd, which Paypal will automatically convert to my selected preffered currency,

Incase of Paypal payment, I will send you an invoice with the payment amount,

The commission will be automatically cancelled if payment hadn't been made of the first half or full amount within 5 days after commission request being sent and acceoted

From a few days (In the case of the sketch only commission) to a week or more, it can take anything inbetween those in a month mattering from how busy I am or whether or not I have others on my list before you, which of course will be stated when you message me and we have everything discussed with an estimated wait time,

After I’m able to work on your piece, I will let you know when I started working on it and will give you updates whenever I finished a specific part of it and be able to do so, for example: at the sketch, lineart, coloration, shading, before completion and in the finished state. If I haven’t given any updates after atleast a week or more, it is highly likely I’m still working on it or something made me have to change my focus from it, in which case, you can expect me to let you know as soon as possible,

If you however ever curious to see how your piece looks inbetween the mentioned stages, I will provide you with an update if I hadn’t shown you any progress from any of the stages yet recently (for example, a day or two beforehand),

I only ask for your patience and understanding if it ever takes a bit longer than expected/discussed, however, if you start spamming me and delaying my work, wasting my time, I will cancell your commission and will not work with you in future, please respect my decision, impatience and annoyance will not be tolerated

Customer is always allowed to ask for a refund and decline the commission without naming any reasons, however, if you decide to decline a commission when I had already started work on it, I reserve the right to retain payment for already accomplished work. I cannot give full refund for something I had already started work on and have given my time to and used my supplies on,

A refund is excluded if the commission is already completed. Incase of Paypal, if you issue a chargeback for no proper reason, you will be automatically blacklisted and blocked anywhere possible and written down for future on my private blacklist, this is non negotiable

I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any point. If it makes me uncomfortable working with you/on your piece or if it breaks my aforementioned don’ts of my TOS at any point. I ask that you respect my decision to decline service. It is a business afterall and nothing personal is meant with/by it
